Hello and welcome! I’m Annette Donovan, owner and founder of Netty's Crystal Cleaning Service. As a lifelong Baltimore resident, mother, and grandmother, caring for homes and taking care of people in our community has always been at the heart of what I do.
I started my cleaning business back in 2009 with a simple mission: to provide dependable, high-quality, and trustworthy cleaning services to my neighbors across Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of building wonderful, lasting relationships with my clients. When you work with us, you’re not just getting a clean space—you’re getting a dedicated partner you can rely on.
